Choosing your program

Which program is right for my business?

Choose Trade Partner to specify and purchase for client projects at private trade pricing, with a dedicated Design Expert. Choose Authorized Dealer to earn commission on registered clients' purchases, whether you assist them or they buy directly. The fit depends on how you work with clients, not just your business title. Our team can help you choose.

Do I need to be a window-treatment expert?

No. Every Trade Partner is assigned a dedicated Regal Drapes Design Expert to help with designs, quotes and questions. Dealers have help from our team, too, and can refer registered clients to us for design and purchasing support.

Do I need a showroom to become a Dealer?

No. Installers, builders, contractors, designers, showrooms and other businesses that can bring clients to Regal Drapes are welcome to apply. Dealer applications are reviewed for program fit.

Do direct website purchases and future orders earn Dealer commission?

Yes. Qualifying purchases by clients registered and associated with your dealership earn commission, including orders they design and place independently on our website and future orders through that associated account. Client registration, attribution and commission remain subject to Dealer Program terms.

Can I apply before I have a project ready?

Yes. No opening order is required to apply. Set up your professional relationship now, then bring a project or registered client when you are ready.

When will I see pricing or commission terms?

Trade pricing and account benefits are shared privately after approval. Your Trade workspace shows your current terms and progress toward enhanced benefits. Dealer relationships are reviewed individually, and our team explains commission and attribution terms during onboarding. Rates are not published on this page.

What happens after I apply?

We review your business details. Once approved, Trade Partners follow the account-setup instructions to access their workspace and are assigned a dedicated Design Expert. Dealer applications are reviewed individually; when there is a fit, our team contacts you about program terms, account setup and registering clients before referring them.

Can I use my own fabric?

Yes. We accept customer-owned material (COM). Your Design Expert can help with yardage, linings and specifications before you send fabric. Fabric availability and receipt of your material can affect timing. COM and custom fabric outside our collection are excluded from refunds. Review the guarantee terms.

Can I add my fees and use my own branding?

Yes. Both programs let you include design, measuring, installation and other professional services in client quotes at your own prices. Approved partners can also send complimentary fabric samples directly to clients with their company logo and contact details. Trade Partners can present in client-facing Quote Mode while keeping Trade purchasing private.

Can I work with you remotely or visit before applying?

Both are welcome. Work with our team remotely and have branded samples sent to your clients, or arrange a visit to our Morristown, New Jersey workroom. See the craftsmanship and meet the team before bringing a project. Just let us know before stopping by. Arrange a workroom visit.

Does seven business days mean delivery to my client?

No. It refers to production on eligible orders, not delivery or transit time. Fabric availability and receipt of your own material (COM) can affect the schedule. Confirm timing for your project with our team. See production and shipping details.
