Yes. Our complimentary virtual design service helps with fabric, style, lining, measurements and quotes. You can design online, work with a Design Expert, or combine both approaches. Explore complimentary design services.
Custom drapes, Roman shades, valances and pillows can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to our guarantee terms. A Measurement Guarantee and limited lifetime warranty provide additional protection. Fabric-selection requirements, return conditions and exclusions apply; hardware has separate terms, and COM is excluded from refunds. Read the complete terms before ordering.
Yes. We accept customer’s own material, often called COM. Review fabric suitability and yardage before sending material to our workroom. COM and custom fabrics purchased outside our collection are not eligible for refunds. Learn about supplying your own fabric.
