If you aren't completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your custom drapes, Roman shades, valances or pillows within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.* Custom drapery hardware may be returned for a 50% refund.
How returns work
- Returns must arrive in new condition, in the original packaging.
- Before shipping, request a Return Authorization by calling 1-800-256-5005 or emailing customercare@regaldrapes.com.
* This return policy does not apply to returns or refunds based on fabric selection if the customer has not seen a fabric sample or declines to receive a fabric sample after the order is placed. We do not provide refunds for COM or custom fabric purchased outside our collection.
Measurement Guarantee
If there's a measuring issue, we'll help make it right. Within 30 days of delivery, we can often alter your drapery at no charge depending on the design and the adjustment needed.
After 30 days, alteration fees may apply based on the design and the requested change. For guidance, please call 1-800-256-5005 or email customercare@regaldrapes.com.

Most clients install their window treatments upon delivery. We provide clear, step-by-step guidance, and if you want help, our team is available by phone to talk you through the details.
